STEP 1: Go To: https://www.baofengtech.com and at the upper right hand side, you will see a drop down menu labeled "SUPPORT", which you will need to click to get to the support center.
STEP 2: Click on Support Center to bring you to the Product Support Center
STEP 3: On this page there is a Downloadable Programming Software link as well as other helpful links for Baofeng Radios. However, if you are in need of support in regards to a possible defective radio unit, you can click on the Product Repair Request to initiate your warranty coverage and request an RMA through BaofengTech.
STEP 4: In order to request an RMA, you will need fill out all the requested information on the "Request an RMA" site, including name, email, phone number, address, product, your receipt number and date of purchase from the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM.
STEP 5: Ensure all the necessary information has been filled out completely and that you, the original purchaser have an original copy of your purchase receipt from the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM. You will need to scan/copy and upload the receipt to the RMA request on the BaofengTech Support Page. When filling out the web form, ensure that you choose B.A.R.N. which is highlighted, and that you choose yes on Sold By BaofengTech as one of their partner storefronts. Thereafter, await a response from BaofengTech in regards to your warranty service status.
