PAYMENT METHODS:

 

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via paypal payment as our preferred method.
 

If you wish to pay via Money Order or Cashiers Check, please call 323-686-BARN (2276) and request that you would like to choose this payment method.

We will calculate a total including taxes (if applicable) as well as shipping costs and inform you where to mail your payment. Upon receipt of the Money Order or Cashiers Check, as well as payment to clear; your order will be processed and shipped. PLEASE MAKE ALL CASHIERS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO "RADIOBARNSTORE.COM."
 

COD: We do not send packages COD (Collect On Delivery). We do not accept personal or business checks as a method of payment.

 

SHIPPING:

 

For your protection as well as ours, all orders are shipped only to the verified BILLING ADDRESS of the Credit Card holder via paypal. The RADIOBARNSTORE.COM reserves the right to modify and/or change the shipping charges to any order that do not calculate properly.

 

Shipping charges are determined by the weight and/or size of the items ordered and shipped by the following preferred carrier USPS. Most items will be shipped flat rate priority mail and/or USPS parcel post, and sometimes UPS/Fedex if necessary. If there are any significant changes in shipping cost, we will notify you via email/phone beforehand for approval for any orders.

 

In regards to USPS Shipping: All orders placed, will be shipped next business day (Monday-Friday), however orders received on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday), shipping information on your order will not be posted until Monday. 
 

At this time, we only accept orders within the United States.

International Shipping is not available due to taxes and exportation laws. 

 

SHIPPING AND TAX (IF APPLICABLE) CALCULATION WITHIN THE U.S.A. :

 

After adding items to your cart, you can check shipping prices and taxes (if applicable), via the drop down menu. Do not proceed with the checkout process if all you intend to do is to check shipping and/or taxes costs. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

 

Please be absolutely certain with the item(s) you intend to purchase, as we do not accept any cancellations once payment has been processed.

 

RETURNS:

 

Absolutely NO RETURNS AND/OR REFUNDS on Tee Shirts, Stickers and/or Membership Certificates which are custom, made to order.

Books, Audio, Software, and Study Guide sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges are accepted for print, software and audio media.

 

Radio equipment to be returned must be in NEW & UNOPENED condition to be eligible for returns. Radios returned will be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the item(s) being returned to the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM

 

All radios returned are subject to inspection before refunds are processed and approved.
If said radio(s) have been opened and/or used, NO REFUNDS will be considered.

All refunds in regards to radio equipment are handled through the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM given the allotted time frame stated on the return policy as noted above. After 7 days from receiving ordered radio , the customer's recourse is a one year warranty coverage by our partner distributor, should there be any fault or defect with said radio unit. Please see RADIO WARRANTY for more info.

 

Prior to shipping any returns to the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM, you must contact us via the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM website under the "MORE INFO." drop down menu then by clicking "CONTACT US" Thereafter, do the following:

 

  • In the subject heading, be sure to put "RMA Request". 
    (NOTE: RMA window for returns is 7 days after item was delivered/received by customer.)
    No return after 7 days from the date of delivery, no exceptions. Item must be NEW and UNOPENED and subject to 25% restocking fee.
    PayPal reversal fees at 3% apply when requesting refund.

  • In the message box below, Customer must state that Item has never been opened, used and is still in brand new condition.
    Any package received without a Return Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender at the senders expense.

  • Once RMA request is received, we will contact you via email/phone to give you an RMA# and you, the customer must ship back the radio for refund consideration as well as cover any shipping cost at your own expense.

 

Any radios returned to the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM that do not meet our return requirements will be returned to sender at the senders expense.

 

3% PayPal Transaction Reversal Fees apply for PayPal purchases.

Inspect your products upon receipt. No returns accepted after 7 days of receiving shipment. Shipping fees and costs are non refundable. No exceptions!

Radios that are deemed defective within the warranty coverage period must be handled directly through our partners BaofengTech via the link provided: http://www.baofengtech.com/product-repair for repair, replacement and/or exchange consideration.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

 

All products are shipped out in brand new condition from the RADIOBARNSTORE.COM. Our partner companies we deal with are very reputable and stand behind their products 100%. If for any reason there is a problem out of the box, or over time within the radio's warranty period coverage of the product, you will have to refer to the manufacturer warranty for issues. You can contact us to find out how contact the manufacturer of the product if you are unsure or having trouble doing so.

 

Neither RADIOBARNSTORE.COM or the Product Manufacturer and/or U.S. Distributor are liable for any shipping charges on a defective/broken product.

 

All radio equipment warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product and/or authorized distributor.


"RADIOBARNSTORE.COM" does not provide any warranty service.

Our standard guildlines also apply with our listing on ebay, no refund, returns, and/or exchanges. Radio however do have a limited time warranty through our distributor.
